
Sam founded the Engineering and Robotics shop at MVTHS in 2013. Prior to this he spent over 20 years as a professional in the field of engineering, developing and managing both software and hardware projects and is the sole inventor on two patents. He graduated from Tufts University with a degree in philosophy and a concentration in engineering science. He also holds a masters degree in education from Harvard University. Sam has a professional academic license for teaching physics and a professional vocational license for in Engineering Technology.
He lives with his wife and three children in Cambridge Ma.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Noah has a BA in Art History from Duke University, and received his Masters degree in Architecture from Arizona State University before beginning to work for ASG Architects + Planners. He eventually moved to construction and design firm The Construction Zone before teaching electronics and engineering at Brophy College Preparatory. He is a registered Architect in the state of Arizona and holds a professional vocational teaching license in Engineering Technology.
In June 2016 he and his wife moved to Boston and he went back into architecture, working for CBT Architects for two years before deciding to get back into teaching. He joined the faculty of Medford Vocational Technical High School for the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year.
He lives with his wife, Ashleigh, and 3 dogs, Arthur, Lulu, and Hugh, and is an instrument rated pilot.
